This quote was on the front of a belated birthday card I received this morning. After being somewhat moved by its implications, I blogged it, then turned around and took the dogs for a walk.
For the last hour and a half I’ve been thinking about this quote. Probably to the point of overanalyzing it. Spending quiet time with the dogs in the open space outdoors has a way of allowing your brain to do that.
I couldn’t agree more with the last part of the quote. But the first part, now that I think about it, strikes me as one of those fluffy proverbs that seem to hold more value than they really do.
Little choices? Big changes? I suppose it depends on how you define those two concepts. And, of course, context is everything.
I can turn around and state truthfully that big choices make even bigger changes. And big changes force even bigger choices. But I digress.
In any case, live inspired.
