Notes and Alerts

Moving right along, consider this another Thesis formatting test. There are two quick riffs we can now apply to an piece of copy using custom CSS, giving us another two more levels of emphasis. The first is called a Note, the second is called an Alert. If I were to say something I deem noteworthy, I could wrap it up in a Note tag. Like, say:

Note to Self: Don’t forget to talk about the Alert after this, since it’s a bit more important.

If I were to deem something somewhere between noteworthy and life-changingly urgent, I’d wrap it up in an Alert tag. Like, say:

If you haven’t seen Tropic Thunder, you should probably rent the DVD as soon as you can.

Dynamics. Levels of urgency. This actually reminds me of our recent discussion about Crucial vs. Critical.
