Koko Marina Center in Honolulu, located on the ocean, has a traditional Keiki Kalikimaka Parade each year to kick off the Christmas season. One of the unique highlights of this 30-year old event is when Santa shows up on a speedboat, much to the delight of all the keikis. They wanted to capitalize on this particular feature. I took an idea that immediately came to mind and ran with it.
