Screenwriter Gary Devore (RAW DEAL, TIME COP) disappeared in 1997 after finishing a script that revealed the “real reason” the US invaded Panama. He was delivering the script in his Ford Explorer, and never made it to his destination.
His skeleton was found a year later under the California Aqueduct. With no hands.
His hands were never found. Neither was the script.
At the time of death, there was speculation that the CIA was connected. Conspiracy theories led nowhere.
It’s now been revealed that Devore was working with the CIA in Panama just before his death, and a White House source has conceded that the mystery bears all the hallmarks of a cover-up.
