Well, I’m back from my trip to New York, which proved to be amazing on a few different levels. So much to say, and so many to thank. I suppose a good start would be to give props to McSorley’s Ale, which kept my hops on for about a week. Nice balance, not too fat, and bitter enough keep my mind of my beloved Sierra Nevada. Not to mention it was on sale at ShopRite.
